Paid Media Manager, Health & Wellbeing, London, c. £55K
Ready to take media in-house and drive the next stage of growth for a premium consumer brand?
We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing D2C business looking for a Paid Media Manager to own performance marketing across multiple channels and play a key role in scaling customer acquisition. Reporting into the Head of Consumer Growth, you'll combine hands-on activation with strategic leadership, helping shape the future of the brand's paid media function.
You'll lead campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Affiliates, driving performance against revenue, CAC, and growth targets while building best-in-class in-house capability. This role sits at the intersection of performance, creative, and analytics, with a strong focus on testing, attribution, and sustainable growth.

You'll also manage and mentor a Paid Media Executive, work closely with CRM, Creative, Brand, and PR teams, and play a critical role in evolving media strategy across an increasingly diverse channel mix.
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience across Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Proven success within a D2C or performance-led growth environment
- Deep understanding of acquisition, attribution, CAC, and commercial performance
- Passion for creative-led performance marketing
- Experience managing or mentoring junior talent
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and naturally proactive
