Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist | Bolton (Hybrid) | £32-36k
I'm working with a fast-growing healthcare group on a newly-scoped Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist role, a genuinely full-funnel position spanning web, paid media, organic search, CRM and marketing automation across both B2B and B2C.
This is a role built around connecting customer data, digital channels and integrated campaigns to drive visibility, engagement and conversion - with real ownership of how the journey is measured and optimised end-to-end.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and improving websites, landing pages and digital journeys (SEO, CRM-O, user insight)
- Planning and optimising paid search, paid social, display and integrated campaigns
- Using CRM, segmentation and automation to deliver relevant B2B/B2C communications across nurture, re-engagement and retention
- Mapping and improving customer journeys from awareness through to conversion, with consistent attribution and reporting
- Staying close to emerging AI tools (e.g. predictive propensity modelling) and testing what actually drives commercial value

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
