Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager leads and optimises Culina's digital marketing channels, ensuring our website, social media, email marketing and digital campaigns deliver measurable results and support the One Culina brand.
As the digital marketing expert and brand guardian, you'll work closely with Marketing and Communications Business Partners to turn business priorities into effective digital activity that increases brand awareness, drives engagement, generates leads and supports business growth.
You'll be responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of our digital presence, using data, insights and best practice to enhance customer journeys, improve conversion rates and maximise channel effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Culina's digital channels, including the website, social media, email marketing and paid digital campaigns.
- Lead the development and optimisation of website content, ensuring an excellent user experience, strong SEO performance and clear conversion opportunities.
- Act as the digital brand guardian, ensuring all online content aligns with Culina's brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards.
- Support Marketing and Communications Business Partners with digital expertise, advising on channel selection, content optimisation and campaign performance.
- Plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, website traffic and lead generation.
- Manage digital lead conversion processes, including campaign tracking, data capture, CRM integration and reporting.
- Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to improve channel performance, customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
- Produce regular performance reports, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and digital partners to ensure effective delivery against objectives.

Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with expertise across websites, social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, social media management tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with experience optimising content for web, search and social channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, user experience, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
