Digital Marketing Manager
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
MARKETING
Wimbledon - 2/3 days per week in the office, 2/3 days per week at home
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, activation and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Commercial and eCommerce teams, you will drive data-led, consumer-centric strategies that deliver both brand growth and commercial performance.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Digital Manager, you play a critical role in leading integrated digital marketing strategies, using data and insights to optimise performance and deliver impactful, consumer-first campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
You will be reporting to Digital Marketing Lead, and you will manage:
DIGITAL CAMPAIGN EXCELLENCE
- Lead planning and activation of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
- Ensure campaigns align with brand, commercial and business objectives
- Deliver best-in-class execution across all digital touchpoints
- Partner with agencies to ensure seamless campaign rollout
- Drive consistency and excellence in campaign delivery
PERFORMANCE & OPTIMISATION
- Leverage campaign, audience and market data to inform decisions
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Maximise ROI and media effectiveness across campaign lifecycles
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable performance insights
- Build clear learning agendas to continuously improve future activity

COLLABORATION & INNOVATION
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Brand, Commercial, eCommerce, PR, Influencer and Sales)
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt campaigns for local relevance
- Manage relationships with agency, media and platform partners
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, including AI-driven innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a digitally savvy and analytical marketing professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You are proactive, curious and results-driven, with a strong passion for digital innovation and consumer engagement.
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, either in-house or agency
- Strong knowledge of social media and the wider digital ecosystem
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Proven analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate insights into clear actions and outcomes
- Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
