Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives that strengthen online visibility, engagement, and business growth. You’ll develop and execute campaigns across key digital channels while using performance data to continuously improve results. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across SEO, social media, content, paid advertising, and website optimization. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create effective landing pages and digital experiences that support conversion. You’ll also monitor customer behavior, identify funnel opportunities, and translate market trends into actionable insights. The role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable growth.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including search, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Track and report campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize landing pages and digital experiences that improve conversion rates.
  • Build, manage, and maintain engaging social media profiles and contribute regularly to the organization’s blog and content initiatives.
  • Monitor industry, audience, and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities and generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze website and user-funnel data to identify conversion opportunities, drop-off points, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement initiatives designed to significantly increase website traffic, with a target of doubling traffic within the next year.
  • Engage periodically with clients to understand their expectations, gather feedback, and assess satisfaction.
  • Apply digital marketing best practices across campaigns, content, channels, and related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Solid analytical and data-analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with online advertising and campaign management tools, including platforms such as Google Ads and Instagram or other social advertising channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign optimization, conversion funnels, and audience engagement.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to identify trends and develop new marketing opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Results-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to manage priorities while working toward measurable growth objectives.
