Digital and Performance Marketing Manager

Full-Funnel Ownership, Commercial Impact. AI-Ready Search, Hospitality Growth. Acquisitions Under Way.

What’s in it for you?

  • Up to £65,000 base, plus 10% bonus
  • Full ownership of the digital funnel, from first click to confirmed booking
  • A business on the acquisition trail, set to look transformationally different within two years
  • A marketing leadership team already ahead of the curve on AI search (GEO and AEO)
  • Lead a performance agency team of five, plus one direct report
  • Hybrid working, with discounted stays and food and drink across the estate
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday

Who are they?

A fast-growing, award-winning hospitality group with more than 30 inns across the North of England and Wales, from characterful heritage buildings to coastal and countryside escapes. Growth has been rapid, and with acquisitions under way the next chapter is even bigger. They run like a startup inside an established business: ambitious, quick to act and genuinely passionate about their guests and their buildings. The marketing team is being reshaped for that next stage, and digital is the engine room. Expect pace, high standards and real influence over how the group grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
