Digital Marketing Manager (Fully Remote, London time)
TrackingCoder.com
We built the tool marketers use to measure their marketing. Now we need someone to run ours.
ABOUT TRACKINGCODER
TrackingCoder sets up website tracking in about two minutes instead of half a day. Paste a URL, we scan the site, you pick what to track, and one click adds it straight to Google Tag Manager. The integration is verified by Google. It sends to GA4, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with no code to touch.
It works for two very different people: the marketer who does this every week and wants the afternoon back, and the founder who has never touched tracking and can now set it up alone. We're rated 4.8 on G2, we're launching on Product Hunt, and we're small, remote and moving fast.
THE HONEST PART
We are genuinely excellent at tracking. We are not yet excellent at marketing TrackingCoder itself. That's the job. You'll be the first person whose whole role is growing this product, and you'll have the full picture from day one: real attribution, a live growth dashboard, and a founder who ships.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
This is an all-terrain role. You won't specialise, you'll run the whole function:
- Positioning and messaging across the site, docs and emails
- Content and SEO: guides, comparisons, our resources hub, and the searches our customers actually type
- Paid: test and scale Google, Meta and LinkedIn with a real budget and real accountability
- Social: X, LinkedIn and community, including launch moments like Product Hunt
- Lifecycle: onboarding, activation and win-back email
- Partnerships and affiliates: grow the program we already run
- Analytics: you'll read our growth dashboard every week and act on what it says
WHO YOU ARE
- You've run marketing end to end for a SaaS or digital product, ideally B2B or prosumer
- You're comfortable being the entire marketing team, not a specialist waiting for one
- You write well and fast. Clear beats clever.
- You're data-literate. You know what GA4, GTM and a conversion event are and a dashboard doesn't scare you. If you've set up tracking yourself, even better.
- You ship. You'd rather run a test this week than plan one for next quarter.
- You're self-directed and remote-native. You manage your own week.
