About the Role

We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive our global digital strategy across paid media, SEO, AI search, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.

You will connect our different digital channels into one integrated approach, develop your team, and ensure our digital investments deliver measurable business impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop specialists across Paid Social, SEA, SEO, AI/LLM Search, E-Commerce, and Third-Party Platforms
  • Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
  • Own the digital marketing budget and optimize investments based on performance and ROI
  • Drive paid media and organic search performance across key platforms
  • Develop our approach to AI/LLM search visibility as customer search behavior evolves
  • Work with the e-commerce team to improve acquisition, conversion, and the digital customer journey
  • Manage our presence across relevant marketplaces, distributor sites, and other external platforms
  • Partner with Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Translate digital performance into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
  • Broad experience across paid media, SEA, SEO, e-commerce, and digital platforms
  • Proven experience managing digital budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI/LLM search
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools such as GA4
  • Strong analytical, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
