Role & Responsibilities

Reports to: CEO

Department: Marketing

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, creative Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into results. You will take ownership of our digital marketing activity, help prospective customers understand what Grabyo can do for them, and shape how we use AI and automation to get more from a lean marketing team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with brand marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. This is a hands-on role with room to propose ideas, test them, and improve how we work. You will need to choose priorities carefully and know when a project needs specialist input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create focused campaigns that generate demand

    • Turn customer needs, product capabilities, and customer evidence into clear messaging and compelling campaigns.
    • Work with sales to prioritise audiences and use cases, create useful content, and generate relevant demo requests and sales opportunities.
  • Run and improve digital acquisition

    • Manage selected paid search and social campaigns within agreed budgets.
    • Test creative, targeting, and landing pages; use lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution to decide what to improve, stop, or scale.
  • Build practical AI and automation workflows

    • Introduce repeatable workflows for activities such as research go-to-market activities, content repurposing, campaign preparation, and reporting.
    • Connect tools where useful, set review points, and check whether the workflow improves quality or saves time. Document successful workflows so colleagues can use and maintain them.
  • Improve the website and nurture journeys

    • Create and update campaign pages, improve calls to action, and develop useful email follow-up.
    • Prioritise on-page SEO and conversion improvements; coordinate specialist support for complex website or technical SEO work.
  • Keep measurement and sales handover useful

    • Maintain campaign tracking and marketing workflows in the CRM.
    • Agree lead qualification and routing with sales, report on campaign results, and investigate gaps in the data.
    • Work with technical colleagues or specialists on complex integrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Extend campaigns through partners
    • Where priorities support it, develop joint digital campaigns and sales tracking/CRM integration with partners such as AWS.
    • Reuse campaign assets across relevant channels and bring recommendations to the CEO based on what you learn.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Evidence of taking a marketing idea from an initial problem through to execution and measurable results. Explain your decisions, your contribution, and what you learned.
  • Creative judgement and strong writing skills. You can turn a complex product into a clear customer benefit and develop compelling content and campaign ideas.
  • 2-3 years hands-on digital marketing experience, including running and improving paid campaigns. You understand landing pages, conversion, and the relationship between lead volume, lead quality, and sales opportunities.
  • Practical experience using AI and automation in a repeatable workflow beyond drafting individual pieces of copy. You can explain the inputs, steps, human checks, limitations, and results. This may come from work or a project you built yourself.
  • Confidence using a CMS, CRM, or marketing automation platform, analytics, and spreadsheets. You can learn unfamiliar tools and identify when specialist help is needed.
  • Initiative, ambition, and good prioritisation. You enjoy testing ideas, can work independently, and are willing to stop activity that is not producing useful results.
  • The ability to work with sales, product, and customer success teams, check claims before publishing, and use customer information appropriately.

Useful additional experience

  • B2B SaaS marketing, enterprise buying journeys, or marketing to sports, media, and broadcast organisations.
  • Email nurture, SEO, customer stories, simple visual or video content, or partner campaigns.
  • Building workflows with no-code automation tools, connected AI tools, or agents that carry out defined tasks with human review.

What success looks like

  • By three months
    • You understand our customers and priority use cases, have agreed a focused plan with the CEO and sales team, and established a baseline for campaign performance and lead quality.
    • You have managed ongoing digital marketing campaigns, identified enhancements to campaigns and website improvements, and tested one useful AI or automation workflow.
