About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest industry developments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital marketing tools.
- Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations to showcase campaign strategies and results.
