This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content and campaign programs that support Wolfspeed's integrated marketing strategy. Working across Technology Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams, you will translate strategic objectives into high-impact content initiatives, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, messaging remains consistent, and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated content plans that align with campaign objectives, audience needs, and business priorities across multiple marketing channels.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of content assets, including white papers, technical articles, blogs, videos, email campaigns, website content, and social media copy, ensuring consistency with approved messaging and brand standards.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into actionable content programs and deliverables.
  • Track campaign and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Support web content strategy and optimisation initiatives, including content audits, SEO best practices, user experience improvements, and ongoing content refresh activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively identify and address risks to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, marketing communications, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content.
  • Experience supporting technical, industrial, electronics, semiconductor, or other complex B2B product marketing environments.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, creative, product marketing, and technical subject matter experts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work standard business hours and collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and regularly use a computer and standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the semiconductor, electronics, advanced technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, web content optimisation, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience using marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, or project management tools.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and reporting tools used to measure campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Experience managing customer success stories, thought leadership programs, and technical marketing content.
