ThoughtSpot is a Data & AI platform that helps companies turn data into enterprise advantage. We're Gartner MQ leaders with more than 1,000 customers globally and offices in Mountain View, Chicago, London, Bangalore, Sydney, and Tokyo.
The Role
ThoughtSpot started by giving humans a better way to ask questions of data. Spotter turned that into an AI analyst that reasons over governed enterprise data. Now we're taking that same product story and building it natively into EMEA through digital-first growth not exporting a US playbook, but earning pipeline in the channels where EMEA buyers actually discover us.
EMEA today is an established beachhead with real enterprise customers and a nearly decade-old office but it doesn't yet have a dedicated digital growth engine of its own. Unlike a region running someone else's paid and organic calendar, this role means building EMEA's digital demand generation from first principles: its search behavior, its paid channels, and how EMEA buyers now find and evaluate vendors through AI-driven search.
We're looking for the person to build and scale digital growth for EMEA. You'll join an incredible, fast-growing EMEA and global marketing team, working closely with EMEA sales and marketing leadership and backed by ThoughtSpot's central content, brand, and demand generation functions.
Your Goal: find what works across paid media, SEO, and AI-search, and build EMEA's digital channel mix into a self-sustaining pipeline engine.
What You'll Do
- Own EMEA digital growth. Define the channel strategy across web, paid media, SEO, and AI-search for the region, including our key growth regions in DACH and France.
- Run paid media. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. Test constantly. Double down on what works.
- Win organic and AI-search. Build EMEA's SEO foundation and make sure ThoughtSpot shows up where buyers now search including AI-powered discovery and answer engines.
- Build pipeline, not just traffic. Own EMEA's digital contribution to pipeline and work directly with sales to make sure digital-sourced leads convert.
- Localize the story. Work with product marketing to make ThoughtSpot's positioning land for EMEA buyers, industries, and languages across every digital channel.
- Build the digital growth playbook. Turn what works in EMEA into a repeatable model the rest of the business can learn from.
What You Bring
This is a high-ownership role. You'll have the resources of ThoughtSpot behind you and be part of an incredible, fast-growing EMEA and global marketing team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- You have 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid media and SEO, not just oversight of an agency.
- You understand how AI-search and answer engines are changing how buyers discover vendors, and you're already adapting for it.
- You understand what makes EMEA buyers different language, compliance, buying cycles not just a copy of the US digital motion.
- You can run a channel end to end: strategy, execution, measurement, iteration.
- Empowerment plus accountability is how you operate. You don't wait to be told what to do.
- You'd rather ship something 70% right today than wait for perfect next month momentum compounds.
- You work for the customer, not the campaign. If it doesn't move the needle for the people ThoughtSpot serves, it's noise.
- We value what you've built vs your title or years of experience.
