An exciting, consumer-facing leisure and experiences brand is looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join its London-based team. Operating within a fast-paced environment, this well-established business attracts hundreds of thousands of customers annually and is investing heavily in its digital growth strategy, customer experience, and online performance.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to shape digital marketing strategy, drive revenue growth through online channels, and influence the future direction of the brand's digital ecosystem.
Your New Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital performance across paid, organic, social, website, and CRM channels. Acting as the key point of contact for external digital and web agency partners, you will ensure marketing investment delivers maximum ROI while helping drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading digital growth initiatives across paid media, SEO, social media, affiliates, and website performance.
- Managing agency relationships, challenging recommendations, and ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.
- Monitoring and optimising digital marketing spend, analytics, attribution, and conversion performance.
- Delivering actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders, using data to influence decision-making.
- Driving website and mobile user experience improvements through UX/UI enhancements and conversion rate optimisation.
- Managing organic social media strategy, content planning, influencer activity, and affiliate partnerships.
- Collaborating with commercial, product, customer service, and operational teams to enhance customer journeys and digital product offerings.
- Acting as an internal digital champion, identifying new opportunities, innovations, and performance improvements.

What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar performance-focused digital marketing role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO, paid media, analytics, and attribution modelling.
- Experience managing digital marketing agencies and external partners.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, conversion optimisation, user journeys, and website performance.
- Ability to analyse complex data and turn insights into commercial action.
- Experience managing organic social media channels and content strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercially driven, proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience within tourism, hospitality, attractions, leisure, transport, e-commerce, or similar customer-centric sectors would be advantageous.
