MS-Group Ltd is a limited company with a collection of brand identity and stonemasonry trading divisions, operating from a manufacturing facility in Cardiff with retail trading outlets throughout South Wales, Herefordshire and the West Country.
These trading divisions include Mossfords – Wales’ oldest memorial masons, established in 1821, Morgans Consult – brand implementation specialists, a vehicle graphics division PopIn Graphics, a contract stonemasonry division, Stone Studio, and Dipec Plastics, alongside a growing number of digital-first brands across the group.
The Role
Multi-brand strategy and planning
- Own and manage digital marketing – SEO, PPC, content and website performance – across all MS-Group trading brands, treating each as a distinct business with its own strategy and goals
- Plan and manage a flexible weekly schedule across the group’s brands, prioritising time according to business need rather than a fixed rota
- Prioritise brands with the greatest growth potential while keeping established, organically strong brands well with efficient, lighter-touch attention
- Support the launch of new businesses or the pivoting of existing ones online, applying strong knowledge of site architecture to get new sites live and performing effectively
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, with particular attention to AI and how it is changing search and content discovery SEO
- Manage the end-to-end SEO strategy – on-site and off-site, technical and content – across all group websites
- Write and oversee SEO content, including articles and landing pages, and advise on site architecture for new and existing sites
- Closely monitor all company domain names, search rankings and technical SEO health, and carry out ongoing SEO maintenance and technical planning
- Devise strategies to drive relevant traffic to company websites and track conversion rates, making improvements to the website as a result

Paid media (PPC)
- Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across every group business via Google Ads, controlling a total annual budget and per month for brand spend
- Monitor spend closely across many concurrent campaigns to prevent budget leakage, given how easily spend can be lost when split across so many businesses
- Report regularly on PPC and SEO performance using Google Analytics and Excel, using this data to inform and adjust strategy
Website and content management
- Manage content across all company websites, ensuring it is accurate, current and on-brand
- Troubleshoot issues with websites as and when they arise, across the group’s various WordPress backends
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of all company websites
- Develop email marketing campaigns for group brands
- Build and maintain the social media presence of the company, creating and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms
- Implement and maintain high-quality, accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms, including eBay and Amazon, where required
Security, budget and continuity
- Have responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing spend across the group
- Continually review and monitor the security of company websites and other digital assets, implementing and managing anti-hacking and other security software as required
- Be responsible for implementing the backup and disaster recovery strategy for all company websites
- Source, engage and manage specialist freelancers for coding projects that fall outside the company’s in-house expertise
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of key logins, accounts and processes (e.g. Google Ads, WordPress) to support business continuity

Your skills and experience:
- Significant, proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally managing multiple brands, sites or clients concurrently
- Strong technical and content SEO knowledge, both on-site and off-site
- Confident writing SEO-optimised articles and landing pages
- A solid understanding of website architecture, and how to build and launch new businesses online
- Proven experience managing sizeable PPC budgets via Google Ads across multiple, concurrent campaigns
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Excel for performance reporting
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple brands with different needs and shifting priorities
- Forward-thinking about AI and emerging digital tools, with a genuine interest in how the search landscape is evolving
- A creative thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work independently as well as part of the group’s wider support team
