Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life.
We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world.
Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.

- You would be required to travel as necessary to retail destinations across the UK for events, meetings, etc.
The Team

The team brings together expertise in destination marketing, digital, campaigns, media, public relations, events, planning, and customer insight, working collaboratively to create memorable experiences that drive fame, footfall, and commercial performance.
Our Local Marketing Managers are embedded within our destinations, working closely with centre teams, retailers, and local partners to deliver place-based marketing. Alongside them, our central specialists provide strategic direction, channel expertise, and portfolio-wide campaigns, ensuring we share best practice and maximise impact across every destination.
Although we're geographically based across the UK, we operate as one connected team. We work collaboratively across functions, destinations, and agency partners, combining local insight with national expertise to deliver outstanding marketing that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
