Digital Marketing Manager

12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £37,740 per annum

Join a growing lifestyle brand and make a real impact

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing activity across an established lifestyle brand, helping drive customer engagement, brand awareness and online growth across our ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels.

Reporting to the Brand & Product Director, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, optimising digital performance, and shaping how customers interact with our brand across every touchpoint.

If you're a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity with commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity across multiple channels and work closely with colleagues across the business to support growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC and content marketing channels.
  • Leading the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement and performance monitoring.
  • Maintaining and developing our ecommerce website, including content updates, landing pages, product launches and campaign activity.
  • Working with external agencies and partners to improve website performance and support wider marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our Creative & Digital Design Executive to develop engaging digital content and campaign assets.
  • Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and commercial activity across ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and customer behaviour using analytics tools, identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring activity delivers measurable return on investment.
  • Maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all online channels.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
