We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover and play a key role in driving our digital marketing performance across CRM, paid media, e-commerce and customer engagement.
If you're a curious marketer who loves combining creativity with data, enjoys spotting opportunities others might miss and gets a buzz from seeing campaigns deliver real commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines.
You'll be at the heart of shaping how our brands connect with consumers online, creating meaningful customer journeys and helping us make smarter, more informed marketing decisions.
One day you could be launching a high-performing paid social campaign, the next optimising an email journey, analysing customer behaviour or exploring new ways to enhance the digital experience across our websites and online channels.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Brand, Sales and external agency partners, giving you the opportunity to influence, collaborate and make a genuine impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
