Digital Marketing Manager - Belfast
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum
OTE Bonus: £20,000 per annum

We support over 3,000 customers with a comprehensive range of services including cloud and on-premise phone systems, business broadband, managed IT support, cybersecurity, and business mobiles. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Belfast and take ownership of our lead generation function.
The Role
This is a hands-on, results-focused position for a senior digital marketer who understands that the primary purpose of marketing in a B2B environment is to generate pipeline. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising campaigns across all core digital channels, with a clear mandate to deliver high-quality leads into the sales team. Based full-time at our Belfast office, you will work closely with the sales, IT, and senior leadership teams to ensure digital activity is aligned to commercial objectives. We believe that the best marketing happens when there is close collaboration between marketing and sales. You will have real ownership of strategy, budget, and execution, with the autonomy to make decisions and the support of a leadership team that is genuinely invested in marketing as a growth driver.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Paid Media
Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels, with a focus on cost-per-lead and pipeline quality
Build and optimise sector-specific campaigns targeting priority verticals including hospitality, construction, education, healthcare, and professional services
Continuously test and refine ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance

SEO & Content Marketing
Develop and execute a structured SEO content strategy across Yellowcom's core service areas
Produce and optimise service pages, blog content, and pillar pages that drive both organic traffic and inbound enquiries
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page audits to identify and act on growth opportunities -
Cold Email & Outreach
Design and manage multi-step cold email sequences targeting key decision-makers across priority sectors
Write personalised, conversion-focused copy with strong subject lines and clear calls to action
Monitor and optimise sequence performance based on open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked -
Email Nurture & CRM Alignment
Build and manage email nurture programmes for warm leads and existing customer upsell campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging across the full prospect journey
Support lead scoring, segmentation, and follow-up sequencing within the CRM -
Reporting & Analytics
Own digital marketing reporting, tracking KPIs including leads generated, cost-per-lead, traffic, and pipeline contribution
Use GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM data to inform strategic decisions and present clear monthly performance summaries to the leadership team

- Social Media & Brand
Manage and grow Yellowcom's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned to campaign themes, sector priorities, and sales activity
Maintain and develop brand consistency across all digital channels
Person Specification
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally within telecoms, IT, SaaS, or professional services
- Demonstrated track record of generating leads and contributing to sales pipeline through digital channels
- Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and on-page optimisation
- Experience with cold email outreach, including copywriting and sequence management
- Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy across a range of formats
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Desirable
- Experience in the telecoms or IT sector
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email platforms
