Job Title: Customer Engagement and Digital Manager

Overview

I am partnering with a well-established Pharmaceutical company based in London who are looking for a Customer Engagement and Digital Manager who will be responsible for turning brand and business objectives into clear, coordinated HCP engagement programmes across CRM, Digital Channels, our HCP Hub, Content, and Field Activity.

Key Responsibilities

A key part of the role will be embedding new ways of working across marketing, sales, and medical, helping teams move from isolated campaign activity to more structured, joined-up customer engagement. This includes improving how teams plan engagement, use customer data, adopt CRM and digital tools, and measure performance across 1st and 3rd party engagements.

Omnichannel Engagement Planning

  • Develop clear HCP engagement plans that connect brand objectives, customer needs, content, channels, and field activity.

Responsibilities

  • Translating brand priorities into structured HCP engagement plans
  • Mapping customer journeys across CRM, email, HCP hub, events, and field activity
  • Identifying the right channel mix for different customer groups
  • Ensuring engagement activity is coordinated rather than delivered as isolated campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
