The Opportunity
As our Paid Media & Digital Campaign Manager, you will lead DHL Express’ paid media strategy across 40+ European markets, driving growth in B2B lead generation, ecommerce sales, in-store conversions, and customer service sales.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll balance hands-on campaign execution with strategic leadership - working closely with country teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders to maximise performance, ensure efficient budget utilisation, and scale best practices across diverse markets.

- Plan, build, optimise, and scale campaigns to drive ROAS, lead growth, and ecommerce performance
- Monitor and manage budget allocation and pacing across markets, ensuring accurate spend and alignment to priorities
- Conduct audits across campaigns, tracking, audiences, and landing pages to identify performance improvements
- Maintain best practice in campaign structure, naming conventions, tagging, and audience management
Collaborate & Influence
- Partner with marketing teams across markets, adapting support based on digital maturity (hands-on execution vs strategic guidance)
- Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver against global KPIs

- Deliver training, frameworks, and playbooks to improve capability and consistency across markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
