Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns that promote Patdisco Limited’s social finance services and educational programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kingston Upon Hull, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and partners to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow audiences across key platforms
  • Lead Generation skills to design and optimize funnels that convert prospects into active users
  • Web Analytics skills to measure performance, generate insights, and inform data-driven decisions
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field are beneficial
  • Experience working with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRM tools, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, is advantageous
  • Previous experience in financial services, social impact organizations, or consumer education, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be considered an asset
