Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Apex, Colchester
Salary: Up to £38,900 per annum dependent on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
Type: Office based
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Healthcare Homes. You will be responsible for establishing, managing and executing our digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to build awareness of Healthcare Homes Group.
What Would a Typical Day Look Like?
Whilst no day will be the same in this role, day to day work will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing activity that delivers against commercial objectives.
- Monitoring and tracking performance of SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns to guide future marketing activity and spend.
- Adopting new approaches to improving website structure, performance and visibility, driving traffic and SEO ranking etc.
- Studying competitor activity online and recommending changes that reflect best practice across the sector.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience in leading the full digital marketing agenda in multi-sited B2C setting, ideally within the care sector. You will have experience in digital advertising (specifically Google ads), SEO/AIO experience and knowledge, and experience in designing/creating and managing websites.
