We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimise paid acquisition across multiple digital channels and markets for ThinkCapital. The role will have a strong focus on performance, trader acquisition, conversion, tracking and attribution, using data to improve campaign efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels including Reddit, Snapchat, Quora and programmatic platforms.
  • Launch and manage multi-market acquisition campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, audience segmentation and lookalike strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bidding, targeting, messaging and creative to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and test high-performing campaign creative and messaging.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and optimise key performance metrics including CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, challenge purchases and customer LTV.
  • Run A/B tests across creative, audiences, ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign and customer funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion and scale.
  • Build clear performance reports and dashboards, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations.

Tracking, Attribution & Analytics

  • Manage and support tracking and attribution across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor conversion tracking and customer journeys across acquisition funnels.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and measurement discrepancies and work with Analytics, Product and Technology teams to improve attribution accuracy.
  • Support campaign execution and measurement across programmatic platforms and DSPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with additional paid channels such as Reddit, Snapchat, Quora or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, acquisition funnels, retargeting and conversion optimisation.
  • Practical experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
  • Good understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, event tracking and conversion measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make commercially focused optimisation decisions.
