This is a role for someone who likes to make things happen. You’ll be comfortable moving between analysing website performance, improving a customer journey, building and optimising CRM campaigns, briefing website changes and finding new opportunities to improve our visibility across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search.
You’ll combine strong digital marketing knowledge with great attention to detail, commercial thinking and a genuine desire to continually improve the digital customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
CRM & customer journeys
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of CRM campaigns and always-on customer journeys across email, SMS and DM etc.
- Build and test communications across key lifecycle stages including acquisition, onboarding, in-life, retention, reactivation and loyalty, ensuring targeting, segmentation and personalisation is optimised.
- Develop test-and-learn plans across subject lines, content, creative, timing, frequency, audiences and calls to action.
- Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Ensure communications are accurate, timely and relevant to customers and their pets.
- Support the continued development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights/Journeys.
- Work with teams across Marketing, Digital, Data and the wider business to identify new CRM opportunities.
Search: SEO, GEO & AI optimisation
- Manage and continuously improve Medivet & Partners’ organic search performance.

- Optimise clinic pages, service content and supporting content for organic search.
- Monitor technical SEO health and work with our technology partners to resolve issues.
- Develop our approach to GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), AIO (AI Optimisation) and AI-powered search discovery.
- Understand how Google AI Overviews and generative AI experiences are changing customer search behaviour.
- Use search data and customer insight to identify content gaps and implement new opportunities.
- Track organic visibility, rankings, traffic, conversions and share of search.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
