About Social Bite:

Social Bite is a charity and social enterprise with a vision of a society where no one should have to be homeless. For over a decade, we’ve brought people, partners and communities together to challenge the status quo and pioneer solutions that create lasting change.

From supporting people to find a safe place to call home, to empowering people into employment, to providing free, fresh food to people experiencing homelessness or food poverty, our work is rooted in dignity, kindness and impact. Across flagship campaigns, fundraising events and community led action, everything we do reflects our values of kindness, collaboration, dignity and impact, and our belief that lasting change is possible when people come together with purpose.

We’re proud of our warm, inclusive and supportive culture, where people feel trusted, valued and encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, with a strong focus on wellbeing, balance and collaboration.

The role:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and support our mission to end homelessness. This role will lead and optimise our digital marketing activity across paid media, website, SEO, email and campaigns, helping more people discover, understand and support Social Bite. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong writing, creative thinking and digital know-how together, creating clear and compelling online journeys that inspire people to take action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as part of our Fundraising and Marketing team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Senior Communications Manager and Social Media and Marketing Executive to strengthen how Social Bite shows up online.
  • Bring together exceptional writing skills, creative flair, goal-orientated thinking and digital experience to ensure Social Bite’s website, advertising, email and campaign channels perform at their best.
  • Be an essential part of the team helping to grow awareness, support fundraising, drive footfall to our coffee shops and reach new audiences across the UK.
  • Shape clear, compelling digital content: write and develop copy for website pages, landing pages, emails, paid adverts and campaign activity, making sure our content feels human, useful and true to Social Bite’s mission.
  • Lead our digital performance: plan, manage and optimise paid advertising across search and social platforms, making sure budgets are used well and campaigns support fundraising, commercial and awareness goals.
  • Make our website work harder: take ownership of website content, SEO and user journeys so people can quickly find what they need, understand our impact and take action, whether that’s donating, visiting a shop, joining a campaign or getting in touch.
  • Turn insight into action: use data from GA4, Search Console, advertising platforms, email tools and dashboards to show what’s working, what needs to change, and where we can improve.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns: coordinate digital activity across our major campaigns, fundraising appeals, shop activity, partnerships and impact work, making sure plans are clear, joined up and delivered to a high standard.
  • Strengthen how we work: help us build better systems, reporting, processes and ways of working so the Marketing & Communications team can plan, respond to opportunities, and keep improving.
  • Champion Social Bite’s voice online: make sure our digital activity is clear, consistent and mission-led, helping people connect with who we are, what we do and why it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
