Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our day-to-day marketing activity across multiple channels. This is a varied role that combines strategic thinking with practical execution, requiring someone who can develop ideas, create content, manage campaigns, improve website and SEO performance, and analyse results to drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the continued growth of ProFM Group. You'll take ownership of our digital presence, ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable results and supports our commercial objectives across the cleaning, security, and facilities management sectors.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the company's digital marketing activity to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Manage and continuously improve the company website, customer journeys, and conversion performance.
- Create and coordinate engaging content across websites, social media, email marketing, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, content, email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, website analytics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Support Business Development with bid content, presentations, marketing collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, developers, and marketing suppliers.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market position.
- Develop marketing processes, systems, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives and client growth.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to delivering marketing initiatives that generate measurable business results.
Skills
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar hands-on marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, and lead generation.
- Experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong commercial and strategic awareness with the ability to link marketing priorities to revenue, sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and business development outcomes.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and drive improvements.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, external agencies, digital partners, and resource plans effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build, structure, and develop a high-performing digital marketing function.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Desirable Skills
- Experience within facilities management, cleaning, security, or B2B service sectors.
- Knowledge of PPC, paid social advertising, and marketing automation.
- Experience supporting tender submissions, bid content, and sales presentations.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead management platforms.
- Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).
