Digital Marketing Manager — Live Events & Entertainment
£38K - £45K
London Office / 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working
We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading producer and curator of live spoken word and entertainment events, bringing some of the biggest names in culture and entertainment to audiences around the world. This is a confidential search and we're not able to disclose the client's name at this stage, but can share full details with suitable candidates once we've had an initial conversation.

The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, plan and optimise paid digital marketing across our client's group of brands. You will lead the paid digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimise efficiency and ROI. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Main Duties
- Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns across channels, predominantly Meta and Google, to reach ticket sales targets.
- Own multi-million-pound annual digital marketing budgets, allocating spend across channels to maximise ROI.
- Make recommendations for content capture and the best assets for ads.
- Audit targeting and audiences across accounts to inform strategy moving forward.
- Contribute to developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy for American and European markets.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and measurement across all paid digital activity.
- Analyse web traffic to find opportunities for improving audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
- Analyse campaign performance alongside daily and weekly ticket sales to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report on campaign results to producers of tours being promoted.
- Share results and strategy effectiveness with the MD and Head of Marketing, drawing insights and recommendations for improved performance.
- Identify and inform digital marketing opportunities in weekly marketing and producer meetings.
- Identify, test and implement innovative ad formats to reach targets and optimise growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, ticketing and producer teams to align strategies and measure holistic campaign effectiveness.

Essential Skills
- Expert knowledge of digital practices across paid social and PPC.
- Deep experience working with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and related reporting.
- Highly developed analytical and planning skills.
- Strong experience in budget management to maximise efficiency and lower CPAs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and execution.
- Thorough approach to reporting, from manual data capture where necessary to automated reporting formats.

- Salary £38,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
