Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth and multi-channel marketing strategy for a scaling beauty business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong track record of driving physical product sales through e-commerce.
You’ll take ownership of paid media, CRM, social and digital campaigns, working closely with Brand, Creative and E-commerce to grow revenue, acquire new customers and increase retention.
The Role
- Manage an agency to optimise Meta and Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search and retargeting.
- Manage paid media budgets and performance against ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV and conversion targets.
- Manage HubSpot/Klaviyo CRM, including email, SMS, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
- Develop campaigns around product launches, promotions and key trading periods.
- Manage Brand and Creative teams to develop and optimise high-performing content.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion, customer retention and online revenue.
- Oversee influencer, creator and UGC activity where required.
- Track and report on key commercial and marketing KPIs.
- Manage external agencies/freelancers where required.

- DTC physical product e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Klaviyo.
- Experience managing or overseeing creative teams, including designers and content creators.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and brand identities.
- Strong commercial understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, CVR and customer retention.
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach with a genuine passion for digital growth.
