As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our UK team.
The Role
Based full-time in our London office, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing Farmina's global digital marketing strategy in the UK market, ensuring the effective local implementation of campaigns, content and digital initiatives while maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines.
This is a hands-on role combining Social Media & Community Management and Web Marketing responsibilities. Working closely with the UK Country Manager and the Global Marketing Team, you will execute digital campaigns, manage local social media activities, coordinate website content, support e-commerce initiatives and adapt global marketing activities to the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Adapt and execute local digital marketing initiatives aligned with Farmina's global digital marketing strategy.
- Adapt and execute global campaigns, content and marketing assets to the UK market.
- Coordinate the implementation of digital campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Ensure all digital activities remain aligned with Farmina's global brand guidelines.

Performance Marketing
- Create and execute paid digital campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Support media execution in line with the approved marketing strategy and budget.
- Monitor key digital marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage Farmina UK's social media channels and editorial calendar.
- Create, publish and optimize engaging content aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Foster community engagement through regular interaction with consumers.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and community activation initiatives.
- Support user-generated content and promotional campaigns.
Website & E-commerce
- Manage local content updates for Farmina UK's website and Amazon Brand Store.
- Ensure product information, images and promotional content remain accurate and up to date.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and digital activations.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Operations Coordinator to ensure marketing activations and online product availability is in sync with warehouse inventory.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the UK Country Manager and the Global Marketing Team to create and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Support Sales and Trade Marketing with localized digital assets and campaigns.
- Coordinate activities with external agencies when required.
- Collaborate with the Nutrition Consultant to integrate educational and nutritional content into digital communications.

Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Track website traffic, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and/or E-commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns through Google Ads.
- Experience managing social media platforms and online communities.
- Experience coordinating website content and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting direct to consumer e-commerce operations and traffic driving activations on a brand’s own website and on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to work on-site in our Hammersmith office five days per week.
