Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager

Hybrid – Milton Keynes | 3 Days Per Week

Salary: Up to £50,000 (Pro-Rata 3-days, £30,000) + Bonus

We're working with a fast-growing AI software business looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital marketing strategy and drive lead generation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the company website, improve SEO performance, create engaging content, and deliver campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. Working closely with Sales, you'll play a key role in the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the company website to maximise leads and conversions
  • Develop and deliver technical SEO and AI search (GEO/AEO) strategies
  • Create landing pages, content and campaign assets
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline
  • Monitor website performance, analytics and conversion rates
  • Produce sales collateral, case studies and marketing content
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimise ROI

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology business
  • Strong website management and technical SEO experience
  • Knowledge of GA4, Search Console and CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience delivering lead generation and demand generation campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • A commercial mindset and a data-driven approach
