Job Title

My client is a well-established, high-profile visitor attraction in London, known for delivering standout experiences to a large and engaged audience. They're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and continually sharpen their digital customer journey, from first click through to ticket purchase, the visit itself, and everything after.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's as comfortable writing sharp copy as they are reading GA4 data, combining digital strategy, content, performance marketing and genuinely excellent writing. You'll take ownership of the website, SEO/AEO, paid digital activity and the email programme, and you'll have a Marketing Executive reporting into you to help make it happen.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the website day-to-day, content, UX and conversion, while continually testing and improving the customer journey
  • Leading SEO and AEO strategy, making sure the brand shows up brilliantly across traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery
  • Owning paid media strategy across social, search and display, briefing and holding an external agency to account
  • Running the email programme and comms calendar, newsletters, campaigns, segmentation; to drive ticket sales, repeat visits and secondary spend
  • Managing and developing a Marketing Executive
  • Using data and insight (GA4, SEMrush and beyond) to make every decision commercially sharper

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What they're looking for:

  • Strong digital marketing experience, ideally in a consumer-facing business
  • A proven track record managing and optimising websites and digital customer journeys (WordPress a bonus)
  • Solid, practical SEO/AEO knowledge and comfort with tools like SEMrush
  • Experience running paid campaigns across social, search and/or display, including agency management
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills - this really matters here
  • Email marketing experience and strong GA4 fluency
  • Some experience managing or mentoring a direct report, or the appetite to grow into it
  • Experience in visitor attractions, entertainment, leisure, hospitality or another high-volume consumer environment would go down very well, as would agency-side PR experience, but neither is a dealbreaker if the rest stacks up.
