This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role is based in Peterborough. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and qualified leads. The role includes managing social media presence, overseeing content calendars, and collaborating with design and development teams to support campaigns and website initiatives. The manager will track and analyse campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include budget management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining brand consistency, and staying up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand building, audience engagement, and community management.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including planning and optimising campaigns to grow qualified pipelines.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing dashboards) to track performance and guide strategy.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and content marketing is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing management or similar role within a tech, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Peterborough and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
