About us

Bolts by Zeus is a fast-growing independent digital growth partner for the aesthetics and private healthcare sector. We deliver digital growth marketing solutions which include; SEO, AI optimisation, paid media, content, and intelligent website builds for Med spas, private clinics, medical brands, and device manufacturers. We are a team of 14 across London, New York, Singapore, and the Philippines, working with 20+ clients. Our client base spans aesthetic clinics and med spas in the UK and US, plastic surgeons in New York, private GP practices, medical providers in Dubai, and specialist healthcare brands. We are at the point where growth depends on the quality of our client relationships as much as the quality of our campaigns. This role sits at the centre of both.

The position

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day relationship and delivery across a defined portfolio of clinic and brand accounts. You will be the client’s main point of contact, translate their commercial objectives into campaign activity, and direct our specialist delivery team to execute it.

This is a client-facing role that requires real technical grounding. You will brief and quality-check the work rather than build every campaign yourself, so hands-on experience across search and paid social matters more than depth in any single channel.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for part of the portfolio of clinic and brand clients
  • Run regular performance reviews, weekly or monthly depending on the account, and present results in commercial terms a clinic owner or brand manager can act on
  • Working with CDO and CEO to translate client objectives into campaign plans across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, and content
  • Brief our internal team of SEO and paid media specialists, quality-check their output, and make sure deliverables land on time
  • Coordinate task flow and priorities with our project manager and the London team
  • Manage client enquiries end to end, resolving directly or routing to the right specialist
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts into your portfolio, from kick-off through to first reporting cycle
  • Make direct changes to client WordPress sites where quick fixes are needed
  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities to grow existing retainers
  • Join new business calls alongside our commercial director to explain the technical detail of our services
  • Keep pace with developments in search, AI-driven discovery, and paid media, and bring relevant ideas back to clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
