Digital Marketing Mentor – UK Remote
Location: United Kingdom – Remote
Engagement: Part-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Mentor to join our professional mentoring network and support learners in developing practical, industry-relevant digital marketing capabilities.
The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and guide learners through practical applications, projects, and real-world business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging online mentoring sessions in Digital Marketing.
- Deliver practical guidance across key areas of digital marketing, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing and PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics and Marketing Analytics
- Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
- Digital Campaign Strategy
- Marketing Automation and AI-powered marketing tools
- Guide learners through practical projects, case studies, assignments, and industry-based scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve learners’ technical and strategic capabilities.
- Help learners understand how digital marketing strategies are planned, implemented, measured, and optimized in professional environments.
- Support learners in developing practical portfolios and demonstrating job-relevant skills.
- Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive learning activities.
- Keep learning content aligned with current industry trends, technologies, platforms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the wider mentoring and academic team to maintain a high-quality learning experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with relevant platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, engagement, conversion, and performance optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners with different levels of experience.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, training, teaching, or professional knowledge-sharing is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct engaging online sessions and manage learner interactions effectively.
- A genuine interest in supporting the professional development of aspiring digital marketing professionals.
