About the Role
You will own and improve Hartford’s digital marketing engine across HubSpot, outbound campaigns, its website, and data analytics. The focus is measurable commercial impact: generating leads, improving conversion, strengthening marketing operations, and demonstrating contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Hartford's digital marketing strategy.
- Own and optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and data quality.
- Manage and improve outbound marketing activity and its supporting technology platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase lead generation through digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-led improvements.
- Manage Hartford's website, SEO, and wider digital presence.
- Research, test, and implement new marketing technologies and AI tools.
- Build dashboards and improve operational efficiency through reporting and automation.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
- Evidence that your work has directly contributed to revenue growth, pipeline, meetings booked, conversion rates, and ROI.
- A track record of helping a small or growing B2B business generate measurable revenue through digital marketing.
- Proven HubSpot CRM experience, including workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale outbound campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, inbox placement, and campaign optimisation.
- A commercial, builder-oriented mindset with a willingness to test, iterate, and improve.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organisational skills with close attention to detail.
