Role Description The Digital Marketing & Product Content Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Essex, responsible for driving Gratnells’ digital presence and product storytelling. This role oversees the planning, creation, and optimization of digital campaigns across web, social, and email channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable performance. - Developing content strategies for product launches
- Writing and editing product copy
- Managing social media calendars
- Coordinating with design and sales teams
- Monitoring web analytics to refine campaigns

The role also involves:
- Maintaining website content
- Supporting e-commerce initiatives
- Identifying new digital opportunities to strengthen engagement with schools, distributors, and partners
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies is required to deliver integrated marketing activities that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing for managing platforms, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and report on KPIs.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience leading digital or content projects, ideally within education, B2B, or product-led environments.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CMS systems).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
