Digital Marketing Recruitment Lead
TalentPool is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Recruitment Lead to grow our specialist digital marketing offering within the Consumer sector, partnering with FMCG, retail, eCommerce, lifestyle and high-growth consumer brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to own and scale a specialist desk at the intersection of marketing, digital and eCommerce, connecting ambitious consumer businesses with the talent they need to acquire customers, build communities and accelerate online growth.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from identifying and developing new clients through to candidate sourcing, process management and successful placements.
- Build and manage a 360° recruitment desk, winning new business while growing relationships across TalentPool’s existing consumer client base.
- Recruit across a broad range of digital marketing, growth, eCommerce, social and creative roles, including: Growth & Performance Marketing, eCommerce & Digital Trading, Paid Media, SEO & CRM, Social Media, Influencer & Community, Content & Creative, Digital Marketing & Acquisition
- Partner with Founders, Marketing Directors, CMOs, eCommerce leaders and HR/People teams, advising them on hiring strategy, market trends and access to specialist talent.
- Build strong networks within the digital and consumer marketing community, becoming a go-to recruiter within your specialist market.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, building relationships that extend well beyond an individual recruitment process.
- Play a key role in shaping and growing TalentPool’s Digital Marketing recruitment proposition, with the opportunity to build a specialist team as the desk scales.

What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record recruiting within digital marketing, eCommerce, growth, social, performance or creative, ideally within consumer-facing sectors.
- Strong 360° recruitment experience, with confidence in both business development and account management.
- A strong understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape and the roles driving customer acquisition, engagement and eCommerce growth.
- The ability to engage credibly with senior marketing and digital stakeholders and operate as a consultative recruitment partner.
- Commercially ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to build and own a specialist market.
- A relationship-led approach, with a focus on quality market expertise and developing long-term client partnerships.
