Role Description

This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive Reddit marketing strategy for an AI hiring platform. The specialist will conduct in-depth research into relevant subreddits, community guidelines, competitor activity, and the unique challenges faced by recruiters and hiring teams in the AI and HR technology space. The objective is to build authentic engagement and brand visibility through community-first participation, ensuring all activity aligns with Reddit culture and subreddit-specific norms. The initial phase involves creating a 30-day strategy and execution plan, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes such as engagement, sentiment, referral traffic, and AI/LLM visibility signals. This is a remote, long-term opportunity, starting with a first-month deliverable.

Deliverables

  • Research and identify high-value subreddits and relevant discussion threads
  • Analyze competitor activity and community sentiment within target subreddits
  • Develop a 30-day Reddit marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Outline weekly priorities and high-value conversation opportunities
  • Create a content and participation approach tailored to Reddit’s culture and moderation standards
  • Establish measurement criteria for engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, and AI/LLM signals
  • Provide ongoing recommendations for authentic, community-first engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
