Digital Marketing Senior | Entertainment & Media
Central London | Hybrid Working
Up to £45,000 depending on experience
We’re working on a confidential search for a Digital Marketing Senior to join an established business operating across the entertainment and media space.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong paid media background who enjoys managing campaigns from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, using audience insight and performance data to drive engagement, conversion and commercial results.
The Role
- Plan, build and optimise paid digital campaigns across key platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance
- Monitor campaign, audience and sales data to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Produce clear performance reports and actionable insights
- Develop audience targeting, segmentation and testing strategies
- Manage tracking, measurement and attribution across campaigns
- Work closely with internal marketing and commercial teams
- Test new platforms, formats and targeting opportunities
- Keep up to date with developments across paid media and digital advertising

About You
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Experience across additional media and social platforms is a bonus
- Confident working with data, reporting and performance metrics
- Experience managing budgets and optimising spend against commercial objectives
- Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/Analytics
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple campaigns or projects
- Commercially minded, analytical and proactive
- Agency, media, advertising, entertainment or events experience would be particularly relevant
