The Vibe & The Role
We’re looking for an organized, digitally fluent, and detail-focused Website Experience Coordinator based in the UK to bring our digital strategies to life.
In this role, you’ll support the execution of SEO, content, UX, and personalisation initiatives across a vibrant portfolio of hospitality clients (primarily in the US, with select UK-based accounts). Reporting directly to the Website Experience Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Website Experience Specialists to handle implementation, monitor performance, and keep projects moving seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Execution & Project Support: Help Website Experience Specialists roll out SEO, UX, and content strategies; track deliverables, conduct basic QA, upload content, and support our UK clients with timezone-aligned execution.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, draft and optimize SEO content, implement on-page elements (metadata, alt text, internal links), and help track technical SEO performance.
- User Experience (UX): Assist with UX audits, heatmapping, setting up A/B tests, and formatting web content for optimal usability and responsiveness.
- Content & Personalization: Help deploy personalized landing pages, schedule content via CMS platforms, and manage audience-based messaging and asset calendars.
- Reporting & Insights: Pull performance data from GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio, assist with tag tracking setup, and keep internal reporting dashboards up to date.

Who You Are
- Experienced: 1–2 years in a digital marketing, SEO, or content coordination role (agency experience is a big plus!).
- Digitally Savvy: Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, web content best practices, and a curiosity for UX and personalisation principles.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: A proactive multi-tasker who loves bringing order to workflows and executing tasks with precision.
- Tech-Curious: Familiarity (or eagerness to learn) with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- A Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across time zones (especially working with our US team during UK afternoons) in a remote-first setup.
