About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing and social media who is passionate about creating high-quality content and bringing stories to life. You will play a key role in strengthening IN4 Group’s digital presence, helping us engage employers, partners, learners and communities across our programmes and locations.

Working across a range of digital channels, you will create engaging content, manage social media activity and support campaigns that promote IN4 Group’s programmes, events, partnerships and wider impact.

We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of social media and the ability to turn ideas and activity into engaging content for different audiences.

You will be creative, organised and proactive, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and take ownership of your work while collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging written and visual content for IN4 Group's social media and digital channels.
  • Manage and maintain IN4 Group's social media presence, ensuring content is consistent, engaging and aligned with the organisation's brand, priorities and target audiences.
  • Plan, develop and deliver social media and digital marketing campaigns to promote programmes, events, partnerships and wider business activity.
  • Create multimedia content, including graphics, photography and short-form video, tailored to different digital channels and audiences.
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to identify stories, opportunities and content that showcase IN4 Group's work, people and impact.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for a range of audiences and channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content and marketing materials.
  • Support wider digital marketing activity, including email marketing, website content and targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing activity, using insight and data to continually improve engagement, reach and campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing and social media trends, identifying new opportunities and bringing forward creative ideas.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least two years' experience in a digital marketing, social media or content-focused role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to create content that performs effectively across different channels.
  • Experience planning and delivering social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating visual content, with knowledge of tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content would be advantageous.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and inform future activity.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Creative, proactive and confident in bringing forward new ideas.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.
