About Us

We are a specialist technology recruitment firm partnering with high-growth startups across the US, primarily at the Seed, Series A, and Series B stages. We help ambitious AI and emerging technology companies build world-class engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to build and scale our brand presence, strengthen our digital footprint, and position us as a trusted recruitment partner within the startup ecosystem.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager who can develop and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. You'll own our digital presence, create compelling content, and establish a consistent marketing engine that builds credibility with founders, hiring managers, investors, and candidates across the AI and technology landscape.

This is an opportunity to shape the marketing function from day one and work directly with the founders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Own and grow our presence across LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
  • Create and manage a structured content and marketing calendar.
  • Produce high-quality content, including social posts, articles, newsletters, videos, and other short-form media.
  • Support founder-led marketing by developing thought leadership content.
  • Increase brand awareness within the US startup, venture capital, and AI ecosystems.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Create customer success stories, case studies, and client and candidate testimonials.
  • Develop marketing assets, including website copy, pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Support employer branding initiatives for both our business and our startup clients.
  • Track marketing performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow our audience across founders, investors, startup operators, and technology professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
