About The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Relevant technical qualification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking fundamentals, and common enterprise applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory if supplemented with relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to clients and internal users via phone, email, or remote access tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Document all support activities accurately and ensure proper follow-up on unresolved issues
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software systems across the organization
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with technological advancements
