Digital Marketing Specialist
Leading Healthcare Organisation | Hybrid Working
We're partnering with a leading UK healthcare organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team.
With a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused services, this organisation plays an important role in supporting communities, healthcare professionals and NHS partners across the UK. The Opportunity
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to generate high-quality leads, improve customer experiences and support business growth.
Working across both B2B and B2C audiences, you'll utilise a broad range of digital marketing disciplines including website optimisation, paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics. You'll play a key role in developing integrated campaigns, improving customer journeys and using data-driven insights to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise website performance through SEO, user experience enhancements, analytics and conversion rate optimisation.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid search, paid social, display and other digital campaigns to drive lead generation and maximise ROI.
- Develop and deliver CRM and marketing automation programmes that nurture prospects, strengthen referral relationships and improve customer retention.
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to optimise digital journeys from acquisition through to conversion and ongoing engagement.
- Produce meaningful performance reports using GA4, conversion tracking and attribution data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners and external suppliers to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies and AI solutions that can improve efficiency and performance.

About You
- Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role with exposure to websites, paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
- Demonstrable success in driving lead generation, improving customer journeys and delivering measurable business results through digital channels.
- Experience building targeted and personalised CRM communications across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, conversion tracking, campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and translating business objectives into effective digital marketing activity.
- Experience of Salesforce would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging digital marketing technologies, with a willingness to test and adopt new approaches.
