Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home)
Contract: 12-month assignment
Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour
Hours: 35 per week | Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Are you a creative and data-driven digital marketer ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and deliver high-profile national media campaigns that support key business areas – from exciting product launches to premium vehicle promotions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Development & Execution: Support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring bold ideas to life and ensure brand consistency.
- Media Planning & Innovation: Maximise campaign impact through smart media planning and by integrating emerging media opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, sales, and PR teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Use analytics to refine campaigns, improve performance, and generate high-quality leads.
- Performance Reporting: Present campaign results and ROI insights to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury automotive or premium consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Clear understanding of the marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
