OVERVIEW

Working as part of the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing Elite Skills Arena’s (ESA) and FTY Lab’s digital marketing activity, using digital channels to increase visibility, generate leads and support commercial growth across both B2B and B2C.

ROLE

Your key responsibilities will include [but not limited to]:

Digital Campaigns & Performance

  • Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns, from audience and creative through to landing pages, lead capture and conversion.
  • Develop and manage campaigns around products, launches, events and key commercial moments.
  • Build and optimise landing pages and campaign journeys within HubSpot.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROI, making data-led recommendations to improve results.

Website, SEO & Digital Platforms

  • Manage and maintain ESA and FTY Lab websites, including content, updates, landing pages and conversion opportunities.
  • Lead SEO, AEO and GEO activity to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
  • Use HubSpot effectively for campaign management, lead tracking, email marketing, automation and reporting.
  • Analyse website, campaign, email and social performance to identify opportunities and measure commercial impact.

Social Media & Content

  • Manage the digital presence of ESA and FTY Lab, including social media planning, content calendars and publishing.
  • Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure content supports wider campaigns and commercial objectives.
  • Write copy for social, email, website, landing pages and digital campaigns, as well as blogs, articles and customer case studies.
  • Coordinate photography, video and creative assets and support content creation where required.

Campaign & Event Support

  • Plan digital activity around key events, activations, product launches and company milestones, including activity before, during and after.
  • Work with customers, partners and internal teams to gather information and assets for campaigns and case studies.
  • Support relevant events from a digital marketing perspective, without owning event management or sales activity.

Research & Development

  • Research competitors, audiences, digital trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Stay current with developments in SEO, AEO, GEO, AI, paid advertising and digital marketing technology.
  • Identify and recommend new channels, tools and approaches that can improve digital performance and revenue generation.

THE PERSON

We’re looking for a results-driven, creative, and highly organised individual with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of digital channels.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ Years Experience (preferably across B2B & B2C sectors).
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/GEO/AEO best practices and experience in improving website rankings.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data interpretation.

Desirable Skills

  • A genuine passion and knowledge of sports (especially football).
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM for marketing automation and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related subject.
  • Ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content (both video and still photography).

  • Location: Poole, Dorset (Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility)
  • Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience
  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Reports to: Head of Marketing
