Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimise online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for Landys Chemist. This full-time hybrid role is based in London, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing email marketing, updating website content, and writing blog content. The role also involves analysing web and campaign performance data, reporting on key metrics, and recommending improvements. Collaboration with the wider team to ensure consistent brand messaging and support for in-store initiatives is an important part of the position.

This is an entry-level role and the interviews are intended to help us find someone smart rather than someone who knows all the marketing buzzwords. It would be helpful though if you had:
- An excellent eye for design. Can you build an appealing email marketing document? We use Canva for most design work.
- Organised and detail-oriented. Can you spot typos by eye or see when text formatting isn't right?
