About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our organization.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across various industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist at Spotlight Recruitment, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates to assess their suitability for available roles.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating feedback between candidates and clients.
- Preparing and presenting interview reports and candidate recommendations to clients.
- Negotiating job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
