You will be responsible for

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing plans
  • Creating engaging and impactful marketing content for both campaigns and global initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives
  • Ensuring that all marketing activities adhere to corporate standards and guidelines

How you create impact

  • Research assigned markets, understand SWOT analyses, target audiences, and relevant keywords, and develop customer segments to create best-in-class marketing tactics.
  • Develop, execute, optimise, and analyse omni-channel marketing campaigns to successfully drive awareness and strengthen brand positioning through paid and organic channels.
  • Create creative briefs for the Center of Excellence (CoE) for the development of content and marketing assets, including direct mailings, flyers, guides, web content, landing pages, advertisements, videos, and podcasts.
  • Create paid media campaign briefs for external agencies, including the definition of goals, campaign journeys, target audiences, channels, and planned budgets.
  • Drive the creation of marketing and sales collateral for global use.
  • Plan and execute customer webinars and participation in selected exhibitions in close collaboration with local stakeholders and the CoE.
  • Define relevant KPIs for all marketing activities and closely monitor and analyse performance in collaboration with the analytics team to support continuous optimisation and future improvements.
  • Provide regular reports and analyses of campaign performance to relevant stakeholders and establish regular forums for discussing marketing developments.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing and implementing omni-channel marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and positioning.
  • Experience in developing paid media and creative briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing planning, market research, audience segmentation, and KPI measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment would be an advantage.
