Who are we?

Middle Kid Club (MKC) is a confidence platform for people who know they're capable of more but are tired of holding themselves back. We help people build the confidence to back themselves, take up space and do the things they've been putting off.

We do that in two ways:

  • Intentional events and community: Coffee Club, run clubs, breathwork on the beach, yoga, Pilates, rooftop parties and talks, often in collaboration with local brands like Babble, Pommy's and Empowered by lululemon. We've run 25+ events in the last three months, and the community is free to join.
  • Confidence coaching and content: The Confidence Reset (a 6-week 1:1 programme), The 21-Day Confidence Boost, a self-paced journal, The Mindset Talks, corporate confidence workshops, and free tools in our online Confidence Hub.

The role

This position is REMOTE & part time - we do not have an office and is designed to fit around your life / studies.

We're looking for someone to help MKC get found by more of the right people, through SEO, social campaigns and lead-generation funnels. The brand, the community and the offers are all in place. What we need now is someone who can help more people discover them: getting the website ranking for confidence and wellbeing searches, turning our events and coaching into content that travels, building funnels that turn interest into sign-ups, and making sense of what's working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work directly with the founder, not through layers of management. Your ideas will go live, and you'll see their impact in real numbers.

You'll get involved in a mix of the following, depending on your interests and strengths:

  • SEO: improving how our website shows up in search, including keywords, page tweaks and the odd blog post
  • Social content: helping plan and ensure social content is engaging with the right ICP
  • Campaigns and funnels: helping set up simple campaigns that turn new followers into sign-ups
  • Tracking results: keeping an eye on what's working so we can do more of it

Who we are looking for:

You don't need to have done this professionally before. We care more about curiosity and initiative than a polished CV.

You'll ideally be:

  • Studying marketing, digital media, business, communications or a related subject
  • Interested in SEO and how people find things online, with some basic knowledge (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
  • Or already working in marketing / freelancing
  • Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and flag ideas without being asked
  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with founder.
  • Experience managing paid and organic campaigns, including social ads, email marketing, and website updates.
